According to Latifi, this year`s Williams car was worse than the 2021 car, and that even George Russell could not have scored noticeably more points on it.


This year`s car was a step backwards. I guarantee you, if George Russell was on our site, he would tell you the same thing. Last year`s car was difficult to drive and I had to adapt my driving style to accommodate it, but this year`s car was particularly difficult to handle.


In this industry, everything is based on results. I didn`t have speed, especially this year, so the team had to do what they thought was right. But in any case, I am satisfied, because I know that I gave my best. No regrets. I did a lot of things trying to solve problems with the car. But it didn`t work out, " Latifi said.
