Football predictions Martin Brundle: Ferrari`s last success was led by Todt, Braun and Byrne. Maybe they should build something like this again

football picks Commentator and former Formula 1 driver Martin Brundle shared his opinion on the changes in Ferrari management.

Mattia Binotto has resigned as head of the racing team and will be replaced by another specialist in January. At the same time, it is not yet clear who exactly will lead Ferrari - although many publications are talking about the transfer of current Alfa Romeo boss Frederic Vasseur.

When you work for Ferrari, you work for the country, not just a team or a company. Now Ferrari is losing both the head of the technical staff and the team leader. So unless Ferrari has a specialist ready to immediately replace Binotto, these changes seem a little strange to me. Although this is quite in the spirit of Ferrari.

To get a job you need to know Italian. And I think that`s the problem - think back to the last time Ferrari was successful. The team was led by Frenchman Jean Todt, Briton Ross Brown and South African Rory Byrne. And so on. Maybe they need to build something similar again: invite people who will not be constantly open to Italian media, " Brundle said.
