Manchester City are close to signing midfielder Velez Sarsfield.


According to insider Fabrizio Romano, 19-year-old defensive midfielder Maximo Perrone will be bought for $8 million - this is the compensation stipulated in the contract.


The deal is expected to be finalized soon. The player will join the townspeople at the end of the South American Youth Championship.


In 2022, Perrone played 15 matches analyzed by football live video in the Argentine championship and scored 2 goals.
