Football tipster Andrey Rublev: If I hadn`t played tennis, I would have become a street racer

Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev answered questions about friendship from the ATP.


A: I would be a street racer (laughs).


D: Street racer?


A: Yes, and a gamer.


D: Oh no (laughs). Street racer with a speed of 60 km/h. Guys, don`t break the law.


Music would suit you, other than video. Voice or ability? Maybe you wouldn`t be the frontman, but. . .


A: Drums, drums, drums! Destroy the drums!


D: Yes, with a guitar in the background, so that in the middle of the concert someone would say: And now it`s Andrey`s time! And you break away for a minute.





D: I don`t know! (laughs)


I think because we shared so many emotions. Off the court we are quite calm, but when we play we experience the same thing.


A: Tennis unites us. This is obvious because we were in the national team and played the same tournaments. We got along well, everything came together little by little. And then Daniel gave me the honor of becoming a godfather.


I think it doesn`t matter what might happen because we have support from each other almost. . . forever. You are in my heart (smiles).


D: Forever? Not sure. But for a while - yes (smiles).
