Nottingham appointed the woman behind de Rossi`s dismissal as CEO. Lina Souluku will take up her role as Chief Executive of Nottingham Forest from 5 January 2025. She will oversee the strategic development of the club, developing the club`s long-term vision for success in the Premier League and European competitions.
Souluku left Roma in September shortly after Daniele de Rossi was sacked. It was reported that she was behind the coach`s departure. La Repubblica wrote that the woman was placed under light police protection after some ultras reacted angrily to the decision to fire de Rossi and began insulting and threatening her.
